This vector was taking from Season 3 Episode 10 "Keep Calm And Flutter On" of the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic television show. This scene was right after Discord started to gloat about how he was free to do what ever he wanted because his Fluttershy promised never to use her element of harmony against him.

There was almost no reference there for the cutie mark so i used
